Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, data entry, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer records and sales data.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing collateral and sales materials are consistent and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and administrative documentation.
- Support event logistics, trade shows, or promotional activities as required.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools or CRM software is a plus.
