In this position, you will be responsible for defining market positioning, identifying key industry stakeholders, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B lead generation, digital marketing strategies tailored for infrastructure services, and the ability to articulate technical value propositions to prospective clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the Data Centre sector.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive market research and industry networking.
- Manage the full sales development lifecycle, from initial outreach to relationship hand-off.
- Create high-impact sales collateral, presentations, and technical proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery.
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and provide accurate reporting on sales activities and marketing ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the IT infrastructure or Data Centre industry.
- Strong understanding of the Jakarta business landscape and professional networking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into compelling business value.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve aggressive growth targets.
