This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategic marketing initiatives and high-performance sales execution.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining market positioning, identifying key industry stakeholders, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B lead generation, digital marketing strategies tailored for infrastructure services, and the ability to articulate technical value propositions to prospective clients.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within the Data Centre sector.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through proactive market research and industry networking.
  • Manage the full sales development lifecycle, from initial outreach to relationship hand-off.
  • Create high-impact sales collateral, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales and marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service delivery.
  • Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and provide accurate reporting on sales activities and marketing ROI.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the IT infrastructure or Data Centre industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Jakarta business landscape and professional networking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them into compelling business value.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to achieve aggressive growth targets.
