We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing / Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the Tagore area of the North-East Region. This role is critical to driving our business growth and establishing strong, lasting customer relationships in a competitive market.
In this multifaceted role, you will be the bridge between our marketing initiatives and sales targets. You will take ownership of developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility across various channels. On the sales front, you will engage directly with clients, conduct compelling product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Your ability to blend creative marketing flair with sales tenacity will be fundamental to your success. You will work autonomously and as part of a supportive team, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, who will support your professional growth and goal achievement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and strategic networking.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Technolite’s lighting solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging sales collateral, case studies, and digital content.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Technolite at industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a combined Marketing & Sales role, ideally within the lighting, electrical, or construction materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge, including experience with SEO/SEM, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Class 3 driving license preferred, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
