Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the Jakarta area to expand market reach.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of educational institutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the education or service industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results and overcome challenges.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta Selatan and surrounding areas for client meetings.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
