We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in George Town, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute comprehensive sales strategies for interior and furniture materials to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide expert consultation and product recommendations to customers regarding interior decoration materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales reports, and inventory updates in a timely and organized manner.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote new product lines and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure seamless order processing and handle all customer inquiries and after-sales service efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the interior design, furniture, or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse client groups and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with interior materials, design concepts, and current furniture trends is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a significant advantage.
