- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote brass and bronze products
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target markets
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with production team to ensure product availability and quality
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of metal products or industrial materials preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
