Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain a robust database of clients using CRM systems to track interactions.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital content.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Analyze sales data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Valid SIM A (required for client site visits).
