Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the JABODETABEK hospital and clinical sector.
  • Regularly visit hospitals and healthcare facilities to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate medical equipment/products to doctors, procurement teams, and hospital management.
  • Maintain an updated customer database and provide accurate sales forecasting reports to management.
  • Participate in medical exhibitions, seminars, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably from Health/Medical or Marketing background.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence professional stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and high level of self-motivation to achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the JABODETABEK region.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and a reliable vehicle is highly preferred.
