As a Paid Intern, you will be at the forefront of our operations, helping us deliver exceptional Umroh experiences to pilgrims across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and trends in the Umroh travel industry.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing efforts.
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social media to discuss travel itineraries and answer inquiries.
- Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Help organize and manage events or seminars related to travel and Hajj preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented personality with a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Willingness to learn new sales techniques and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work full-time or part-time as an intern.
