Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share for internet services in the Serang region.
- Proactively identify and approach potential B2B and B2C customers through direct field sales and networking.
- Present and demonstrate internet service packages, highlighting unique value propositions and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth service installation for new customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Sales/Marketing Officer, preferably in telecommunications or ISP.
- Deep understanding of the local geography and market dynamics in Serang, Banten.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
- Computer literate with proficiency in basic office applications.
