Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell medical equipment (Alkes) to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the Banten region
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Prepare monthly sales reports and track performance against targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in medical equipment or healthcare sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Tangerang Selatan
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
