Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote products across different regions outside Surabaya
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in target areas
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients during business trips
- Present product information, conduct demonstrations, and address client inquiries effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and client engagement
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored to different regions
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (1-3 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively across different cities and islands in Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various transportation methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM systems
