Tanggung Jawab
- Drive retail sales of building materials products through direct customer engagement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics
- Train customers on product specifications and applications
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in building materials
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of construction industry and building materials is essential
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
