Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural and plantation equipment sectors.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective buyers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close sales while maintaining company profitability standards.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis documentation.
- Coordinate with the logistics and after-sales teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery and client support.
- Participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to promote the Korindo Group brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, specifically within the heavy equipment or agricultural machinery industry.
- Strong knowledge of plantation operations and agricultural market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel to remote plantation sites or regional offices as required by the business.
