Citypoly Industries, Inc is seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Valenzuela City. If you have a passion for digital storytelling and a knack for growing online communities, we want to hear from you. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. We are looking for a proactive individual who can think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas to our digital strategy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage daily operations across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, captions, and visuals to engage our audience and promote our brand voice.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Performance Analysis: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports to optimize content strategies.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and email campaigns to nurture leads.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure all visual assets align with the brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in social media marketing or as a virtual assistant.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Tools: Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Location: Must be based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila.
