Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and monitor end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Manage corporate social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets, copy, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain the brand voice across all communication platforms to ensure consistency and professional impact.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery of advertising initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or brand management.
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English for professional copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a high degree of adaptability in a dynamic workspace.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics is highly preferred.
