Tanggung Jawab

  • Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, email) to achieve aggressive lead generation and brand awareness targets.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis on campaign performance, website traffic, and customer demographics to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize marketing ROI.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including writing and overseeing the production of blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content that establishes Smart Save Solar as a thought leader in the renewable energy space.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform and CRM, ensuring accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and effective nurturing sequences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, developing targeted campaigns for specific segments (e.g., residential vs. commercial).
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the Philippine solar industry to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints, from the company website to offline brochures and event banners.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns in lead generation and brand building.
  • Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into compelling marketing strategies and clear performance reports.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a significant plus.
  • Highly creative and resourceful, with a knack for storytelling and visual content direction.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently in a fast-growing company environment.
  • Previous experience in the solar energy, home improvement, or B2B sales industry is highly desirable.
