Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to meet client objectives.
- Manage and grow client social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Create compelling marketing copy and visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy, working towards taking full ownership of client accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
- Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
