Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Assist in the coordination of promotional events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or in a similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, SEM, social media management, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for copywriting and visual aesthetics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
