We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to be based in our Alaminos Branch in Laguna. This role is integral to our branch's success, focusing on expanding our client base through effective marketing strategies and relationship management.
In this position, you will be responsible for accrediting new agencies, generating quality loan accounts, and cross-selling a comprehensive suite of bank products such as savings accounts, time deposits, loans, and insurance. You will collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, conduct client presentations, and participate in community events to promote UCPB Savings. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners will be key to achieving the branch's growth and profitability targets. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the banking sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Accredit and manage relationships with agencies to drive loan and product referrals.
- Generate high-quality loan accounts by identifying and evaluating potential clients.
- Cross-sell UCPB Savings products including deposits, investments, and insurance to meet client needs.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve branch sales targets and profitability goals.
- Conduct client presentations, financial consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with branch staff to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or banking, preferably with agency accreditation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products, lending processes, and customer service principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work onsite in Alaminos, Laguna.
