Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG
- Strong understanding of maklon/contract manufacturing business models
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Indonesian cosmetics market and regulations
