Allied Health 2U, a rapidly expanding Australian allied health provider, is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital presence, responsible for executing high-performing Google Ads campaigns, creating engaging short-form video content, and managing our social media strategy to connect with our clients effectively.

You will work directly with our leadership to scale our reach in the Australian market. We are looking for a proactive professional who can wear multiple hats—from data-driven advertising analysis to eye-catching content creation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, manage, and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
  • Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar across all social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing weekly reports with actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Australian healthcare market.
  • Manage community interactions on social platforms to foster positive brand sentiment.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Certification is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a 100% remote setting.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
