Join our dynamic team at Beyond Value Fnb Inc as a Marketing Specialist/Leasing and Operations professional. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for marketing and property management to help us manage our premier commercial properties in Metro Manila.
In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties. You'll work closely with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards and fully occupied.
We offer a competitive salary package of ₱22,000 – ₱25,000 per month, along with flexible working arrangements and numerous opportunities for career growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations and ensure satisfaction through effective communication
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and emerging trends
- Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and presentations
- Coordinate property viewings and lease negotiations with prospective tenants
- Monitor property performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, property leasing, or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Knowledge of commercial property management best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable)
