- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to expand market presence in Indonesia
- Create bilingual marketing content in Mandarin and Indonesian for digital and traditional channels
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product positioning
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns between Chinese and Indonesian teams
- Manage client relationships and conduct market research across key industry segments
- Organize promotional events and trade shows to showcase manufacturing capabilities
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI through data analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and Chinese market dynamics
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
