Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete accreditation process for external marketing agencies and partners to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of quality loan accounts to support branch performance targets.
- Execute effective cross-selling strategies to promote various banking products, including personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the Aurora region.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to design and implement localized promotional campaigns and events.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies in real-time to maximize conversion rates.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients to enhance retention and lifetime value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit assessment principles, and general banking operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the province as required for client meetings.
