As a key member of the Marketing team, you will leverage advanced analytics to identify market trends, optimize channel performance, and increase conversion rates. - Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the driver network.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to communicate campaign ROI to stakeholders.
- Optimize digital channels and content strategies to maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to understand driver behavior and competitive landscape.
- Manage budget allocation for marketing initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with campaign management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
