Tanggung Jawab
- Manage client communications throughout project lifecycle (quote to pour)
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines with internal teams
- Support sales initiatives through lead generation and proposal assistance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, digital content)
- Analyze project performance data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams for smooth execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of marketing or sales support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of construction/concrete industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
