Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
- Coordinate with the on-site team to promote special printing services and seasonal offers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the printing industry.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality marketing materials for both digital and print.
- Maintain a professional brand image during public-facing events and customer interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a significant advantage.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mendez Crossing West, Cavite.
