Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations including quote generation, order processing, and data management
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure process efficiency
- Implement and optimize CRM systems to track sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Analyze sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities and growth strategies
- Develop training materials and best practices for sales operations team members
- Act as primary liaison for customer escalations ensuring timely resolution
- Prepare regular performance reports for leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or sales coordination role
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration
