- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels.

- Analyze market trends and campaign performance data to optimize ROI and improve brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the clinical and operational teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect our services.
- Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the aesthetic, medical, or wellness industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Proven track record of managing brand growth and patient engagement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Filipino (Tagalog) is a plus.
