Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison products in the Bone region
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Create and execute promotional campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives
- Prepare regular marketing reports and present findings to senior management
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and digital platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the local market in Bone, Sulawesi Selatan is an advantage
