Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and ensure optimal performance
- Design and implement system integrations between marketing tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable ROI targets
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize campaign workflows for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements
- Train marketing staff on system usage and best practices for campaign execution
- Monitor system health, security protocols, and compliance with data privacy regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing systems management or marketing automation roles
- Advanced proficiency with major marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and data integration principles
- Proven experience with API integrations, SQL, and marketing analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid settings with night shift availability
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Certification in relevant platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
