Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Royal Org’s business objectives.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact activities that maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
