As our Marketing Team Lead, you will spearhead creative campaigns, mentor a talented team of creators, and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the digital conversation. You will bridge the gap between creative strategy and data-driven performance, turning insights into high-impact marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of content creators, designers, and social media specialists.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging digital trends, viral content opportunities, and influencer marketing collaborations.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles from ideation and content creation to deployment and performance analysis.
- Monitor market activity and competitor movements to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant.
- Oversee the social media calendar and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of digital trends.
