Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across multiple marketplaces
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless marketplace integration
- Monitor and report on KPIs including sales conversion, ROI, and marketplace performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for marketplace partnerships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketplace e-commerce leadership
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional team management experience
- Detail-oriented approach to inventory management and marketplace compliance
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive online marketplaces
