Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple marketplace platforms
- Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for inventory and fulfillment
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for online products
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve marketplace-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless omnichannel operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
