Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales operations on various E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
- Perform daily analysis of marketplace performance metrics and generate actionable sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and reviews to maintain a high store rating and brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for online expansion.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce sales or marketplace administration.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem and backend management tools.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate it into effective business strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
