- Strategically manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across platforms like Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Plan, execute, and monitor highly effective Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and sales.
- Develop compelling and engaging promotional content, including product listings, banners, short videos, and campaign materials.
- Organize and host interactive live streaming sessions to showcase products and engage directly with potential customers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate and implement data-driven strategies to enhance product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure seamless order fulfillment processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce or marketplace management, with a strong focus on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Demonstrable expertise in running successful digital advertising campaigns, specifically Shopee Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic video editing for social media.
- Confidence and capability in hosting live streaming sessions, engaging audiences effectively.
