Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings on various marketplaces to maximize visibility and sales
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for marketplace platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketplace channels
- Analyze customer feedback and marketplace trends to inform product and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfillment of marketplace orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data and metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with major Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, etc.)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
