Tanggung Jawab
- Execute bricklaying, blockwork, and stone installation per project specifications
- Prepare surfaces and mix mortar to precise construction standards
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
- Inspect completed work for alignment, quality, and structural integrity
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople for project coordination
- Maintain clean work areas and proper tool maintenance
- Report project progress and material requirements to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional masonry/bricklaying experience
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment (trowels, saws, levels)
- Knowledge of construction materials and mortar applications
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- OSHA-certified or equivalent safety training preferred
- Physical capability for manual labor and outdoor work
- Basic mathematical skills for material calculations
- Valid work permit for Malaysia if applicable
