- Deliver high-quality massage treatments and bodywork therapies tailored to individual client needs and physical conditions.
- Conduct professional consultations to understand client health history, pain points, and specific wellness goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment in strict accordance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend stretching or wellness practices to enhance their recovery.
- Ensure a premium guest experience by building rapport with both international tourists and local clients.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to refine treatment protocols and ensure consistent service quality.
- Accurately document client progress and maintain treatment records within the center's system.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably within a high-end spa, resort, or medical wellness center.
- Professional certification in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and mastery of various techniques such as Balinese, Deep Tissue, or Sports Massage.
- Functional English communication skills to effectively interact with an international clientele.
- High level of physical stamina and the ability to maintain consistent pressure throughout multiple daily sessions.
