As the Baker CDP, you will play a key role in menu planning, recipe development, and quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily Central Production Department (CDP) operations, ensuring all baking targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Prepare, mix, and bake high-quality dough, batters, and pastry items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
- Monitor and maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) throughout the production process and equipment cleaning.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and productive team environment.
- Conduct regular quality checks on baked goods to ensure consistency, freshness, and visual appeal.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, monitoring stock usage to minimize waste and control costs.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize production workflows and introduce new product variations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial bakery or Central Production Department (CDP) setting.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a baking team and managing production schedules.
- Strong understanding of baking science, dough fermentation, and pastry techniques.
- Valid food handler’s certificate or equivalent hygiene qualification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with heavy baking equipment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
