- Review and approve data requests from various departments according to established protocols
- Create, update, and maintain master data across all relevant platforms and systems
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all databases
- Implement and adhere to data governance policies and quality standards
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and business needs
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Document data management processes and procedures for team reference
- Participate in data-related projects and initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data management or master data stewardship
- Proficiency with data management tools and platforms (SAP, MDM, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and quality standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
