We are looking for an experienced and passionate Master Teacher I (Secondary) to join our team in the Ilocos Region. In this leadership role, you will drive academic excellence by developing innovative curricula, mentoring fellow educators, and fostering a dynamic learning environment for secondary school students.
As a Master Teacher, you will collaborate with school administrators and fellow teachers to implement best‑practice teaching strategies, design assessment tools, and monitor student progress. Your expertise will help shape the school’s educational direction while supporting the professional growth of your colleagues.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the secondary school curriculum in line with national standards.
- Provide instructional coaching and mentoring to classroom teachers to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, analyzing results to inform instructional decisions.
- Organize and facilitate professional development workshops, training sessions, and collaborative planning meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate classroom practices, providing constructive feedback and actionable improvement plans.
- Coordinate with school administration to implement policies, programs, and extracurricular activities that enrich the student experience.
- Champion the use of educational technology and innovative teaching methods to boost student engagement and achievement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, preferably with a major in the relevant secondary subject area.
- Valid teaching license (LET or its equivalent) with at least three (3) years of full‑time teaching experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment design, and data‑driven instruction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and willingness to mentor peers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and community partners.
