Tanggung Jawab
- Participate actively in the 6-month MDP structured learning and development curriculum.
- Master sales operations, sales force management, and territory distribution strategies.
- Execute field market visits to monitor product availability and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and marketing, to ensure service excellence.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs throughout the training period.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business improvement proposals for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- Strong interest in Sales and Distribution management within the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to be placed in various regions throughout Indonesia as required by the business.
- Possess high analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
