Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute personalized financial plans for clients based on their unique long-term goals and risk appetite.
- Proactively prospect and network to build a sustainable pipeline of potential clients in Bacolod City and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional financial needs analyses to recommend AIA insurance and investment products.
- Maintain high levels of customer service to ensure long-term policy retention and client satisfaction.
- Attend regular training sessions and mentorship programs to meet MDRT professional standards.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their portfolio performance and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales production targets in alignment with your personal financial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and discipline.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a Work-From-Home or remote environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the values of AIA Philippines.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, insurance, or client-facing roles is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undergo licensing and certification processes required for financial advisors.
