Join the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. as a MEAL Officer and play a crucial role in enhancing our impact in Health & Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) programs. As a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our initiatives are evidence-based, effective, and continuously improving.
In this position, you will design and implement robust monitoring systems to track program progress against objectives, conduct thorough evaluations to measure outcomes and impact, and establish accountability mechanisms to ensure transparency and integrity in our operations. You will also foster a culture of learning by capturing and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and innovative approaches across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for Health & ECCD programs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to assess program effectiveness
- Prepare regular reports on program performance, challenges, and achievements for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain accountability mechanisms to ensure transparency in program implementation
- Facilitate learning sessions and workshops to share findings and promote evidence-based decision making
- Conduct periodic field visits to monitor program implementation and verify data accuracy
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate evaluation findings into program design and implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in M&E, preferably in health or ECCD programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in M&E methodologies, tools, and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and communities
- Knowledge of international development standards and frameworks
