Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior mechanics with routine preventive maintenance and repairs for heavy lorries.
- Perform daily inspections of vehicles to identify potential safety or mechanical issues.
- Maintain the workshop area, ensuring tools and equipment are organized and accounted for.
- Assist in the disassembly and reassembly of engine components and mechanical systems under supervision.
- Manage the fluid and filter change processes for the fleet.
- Ensure all workshop activities strictly adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines.
- Prepare workshop reports and document maintenance tasks completed during the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics or heavy vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to perform manual labor and handle heavy equipment safely.
- High school diploma or vocational training in automotive technology is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (GDL license is an added advantage).
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.
- Good physical fitness to meet the demands of a busy workshop environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new repair techniques and vehicle systems.
