Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and maintenance technicians to ensure high performance.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee routine preventive maintenance programs for all company machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and oversee the repair of heavy machinery, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic tools.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, maintaining a zero-accident environment.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies; coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Review and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings to assist the team in accurate repairs.
- Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports, incident logs, and performance evaluations to upper management.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize equipment downtime and ensure seamless daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Mechanic, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy machinery, building systems, diesel engines, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a technical team.
- Willingness to work on-site in Antipolo City and available for emergency repair calls when necessary.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant TESDA credentials is a strong plus.
