Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery including conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems
- Diagnose mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical schematics
- Install new equipment and modify existing systems to optimize performance
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for mechanical systems
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or associate's degree in Mechanical Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Mechanical Technician in manufacturing/food industry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints accurately
- Problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Valid mechanical certification (e.g., HVAC, industrial maintenance) preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
